RETURN POLICY
Our top priority is to satisfy all our customers. You may return ordered items and thereby withdraw from the sales contract up to two weeks after their receipt (with the exception of Gift Cards). But it is important that you let the Hyrv know about this action by sending us the e-mail (this needs to be done in 14days).
Please note that delivered items may only be used for checking, as you would try them on in a shop. If you make use of your right to cancel the purchase agreement, Hyrv will refund the paid amount for the items, provided that the items are returned in an unworn, unused, and undamaged condition together with the original Hyrv packaging.

After receiving the returned item(s), we will refund the total amount of your order (shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded). If you received the item(s) as a gift, the sender will be refunded automatically. If you paid by invoice/PayPal, please provide us with your bank details.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to replace or exchange returned products. For this purpose, please make a new online order.
If You need to exchange the goods (wrong ring size etc) then shipping fees will be added.
